REGISTRATION & SNACK FEE (this is non-refundable):
	$100 per Student
MEMBER TUITION:
SUNDAY ONLY (Kindergarten – 2nd Grade)
	$525.00 per Student
WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY (3rd – 7th Grade)
	$660.00 per Student
NON-MEMBER TUITION:
SUNDAY ONLY (Kindergarten – 2nd Grade)
	$750.00 per Student
WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY (3rd – 7th Grade)
	$950.00 per Student
BOOK FEES:
	Grade 3 - $15.00 for Siddur
	Grade 5 - $35.00 for Chumash

Completed registration forms must be submitted no later than August 1, 2007 along with payment in full for all fees and tuition.* Payment may be made by check or credit card.

Please note: No one is turned away because of financial need. If you are unable to send in the completed payment by the deadline, please contact the school treasurer, Sue Levine (410-266-2778) to make alternative arrangements.

* Students may attend school only if payment is made in full or a signed alternative arrangement is in place.
